1. Identify the vehicle
Enter the registration plate and state, or switch to the VIN tab and enter the complete VIN. Check the identifier on the actual car. If a registration lookup fails, the VIN option is available.
2. Confirm and pay once
Review the vehicle confirmation and the A$10 total, then continue to Stripe-hosted checkout. A customer-entered VIN is shown for your confirmation without a preliminary vehicle lookup. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment; the service waits for payment confirmation.
3. Download and save
Once the paid search completes, the report page makes the available report and certificate downloadable. Keep your order reference and original purchase browser. If delivery has a problem, contact us with the reference so we can investigate your saved order.
Report support
The homepage has a “Find my report” option. Automated email recovery depends on email delivery being available. If it cannot send a recovery link, contact info@regolens.com.au instead of purchasing the same report again.
