The service and price
RegoLens provides an independent online vehicle report service. One report purchase costs A$10 AUD for the selected vehicle. It includes the paid search, the original certificate and available report information described on the website. It is not a government service or a subscription.
Your vehicle details
You are responsible for checking the identifier against the actual vehicle before payment. A rego lookup, customer-entered VIN or search result does not verify the seller’s identity or ownership. Do not alter an identifier to make it fit the form.
Scope and limitations
Records are supplied by third-party sources and reflect the search time. Coverage, availability and timeliness vary. Unavailable information is not an all-clear. The service does not provide a mechanical inspection, a vehicle valuation, a complete accident or ownership history, a finance balance, or personal legal or financial advice.
Delivery and saved copies
Reports are prepared after confirmed payment. Network or provider problems can delay completion. Keep your purchase reference and download the available PDFs. Contact us if delivery fails. Recovering a saved report does not refresh its findings.
Use of the service
Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, attempt to access another customer’s report or present an edited report as an original certificate. Protect any report access links shared with you.
Problems and consumer rights
Our refund policy explains how to report a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Contact info@regolens.com.au for assistance.
